Return & Warranty Policy

  1. Warranties

All items are sold with the manufacturers standard warranty.

 

  1. Refunds/Exchanges/Replacement

Patients have a 30 day no questions asked exchange period for unopened items. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Refunds inside our acceptable refund time period will incur a 15% restocking fee, and do not include shipping or merchant fees that may have been charged at the time of sale.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement or exchange, we will ship the replacement product to you within 2 business days.  .

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your purchase price, less the restocking fee and any other charges that may have been applied at the time of the sale, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  1. Mask Exchange Guarantee

If a patient has purchased a mask and is not satisfied within 14 days, they are able to request a trial of another mask free of change.

When the purchased mask is shipped back to SynergySleep, our staff will contact the patient to discuss their issues and why they weren’t satisfied with their mask, who will then professionally recommend an alternative to try.

When agreed, the recommended mask will be shipped as soon as possible for a 14 day trial – along with a prepaid return satchel. If the patient is then happy with the trial mask, we ask them to return it in the prepaid satchel and SynergySleep will ship a brand new replacement.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
