It now comes with plastic arms attached to the headgear and these are designed to keep the headgear lower helping to prevent the headgear irritating your ears.

The nasal prongs are made of super adaptive silicone (no gel) and aimed slightly away from the septum, to avoid any sore spots. This new mask is also light in weight, curvier around the nose and the cushion is smaller in size than the previous gel pillows model. It just fits better!
