Warranties
All items are sold with the manufacturer‘s standard warranty.
Refunds/Exchanges/Replacement
Patients have a thirty-day exchange period for unopened items. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within thirty days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If thirty days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Refunds inside our acceptable refund time will incur a fifteen percent restocking fee and will not include any shipping or merchant fees that may have been charged at the time of sale. Upon inspection of the item a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Mask Exchange Guarantee
If you have purchased a mask and you are not satisfied but cannot visit the clinic for an alternative mask, you can return the mask to Synergy Sleep within fourteen days of your purchase for a refund of the purchase price.
Simply return the mask to Synergy Sleep, once we receive the mask our staff will contact you to organise a refund via your original payment method*.
Exceptions
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:
- Used Cushions and Pillows
- Ex Demo / Second hand products
- Sale Items

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
